Who we are

Dormigratis is an online booking system that makes offer and demand meet. Our online booking service that gives its users the possibility of booking accommodations in Hotels directly via Internet, always at reduced rates. Dormigratis is not a travel agency. You can choose between two systems of booking: You can check all the available Hotels in the selected area, otherwise you can check the availability of the Hotel you prefer.

How to Book -  2 systems of booking

1. Select the city or area and insert the date of arrival, the date of departure, the number of rooms and the number of persons; the system will show you a list of available Hotels
2. Choose the Hotel you prefer and the type of accommodation, then click on BOOK
3. In case you have not registered, insert you personal data and the details of your credit card (only as a guarantee of your booking, Dormigratis will not charge anything) and click on BOOK
4. You will see a page with all the data of your booking, an immediate confirmation that you will receive contemporaneously by e-mail.
5. If you are a new subscriber, you will also receive a message with a password that will give you access to your reserved area, where you can view the details of your booking and eventually cancel them.

Booking on request: to book a room with half or full-board with confirmation within 48 hours

1. Select the town and insert the date of arrival, the date of departure, the number of rooms and the number of persons, the system will show you a list of available Hotels
2. Choose Choose the Hotel you prefer and if you also wish half or full board and click on BOOK
3. Insert the number of adults and, eventually, of children (children might have further reductions) and click on BOOK
4. In case you have not registered, insert your personal data and the details of your credit card (only as a guarantee of your booking, Dormigratis will not charge anything) and click on BOOK
5. You will see a page with all the data of your booking ON REQUEST that you will receive contemporaneously by e-mail.
6. Within 48 hours you will receive an answer from the Hotel either accepting or refusing your booking
7. If you are a new subscriber, you will also receive a message with a password that will give you access to your reserved area, where you can view the details of your booking and eventually cancel them.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, click on YOUR RESERVATIONS  in the Dormigratis Home Page and insert your e-mail address and the password that was inviata per email. You find the list of your reservations, you can view their details and eventually cancel them.
Click on CANCEL THE RESERVATION in correspondence with the booking that is to be cancelled and click on CANCEL. Your booking will be cancelled from the system. Remember that if the cancellation procedure is not carried out before the deadline indicated in the Cancellation Policy, Dormigratis is not responsible for eventual penalties charged to your credit card by the Hotel.
Dormigratis does not accept cancellation requests via e-mail, even if sent within the cancellation deadline. Cancellations must be made following the above instructions.
How to modify your booking
It is not possible to modify a booking. It is necessary to cancel it, and eventually make a new booking. In particular case, you can contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE at customer.service@dormigratis.it

Credit Card Details and Security

The details of your credit card are necessary in order to guarantee the bookings. There will be no charge for your booking unless the Hotel requires it as a deposit (in this case it will be specified in the particular Hotel’s cancellation policy) or in case of cancellation after the established deadline or in case of NO SHOW. The details of your credit card are sent directly to the Hotel with the highest possible level of security. To this purpose Dormigratis utilize an SSL server with certifcate issued by Geotrust.
