Description
The Residence “La Contessina” is located in the heart of Florence, near the Santa Maria Novella Station, at 500m from the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral) and at 100m from the Congress Building. Thanks to its location, “La Contessina” has the advantage of being located in the city centre but away from the traffic and people noises. All around the small court full of light and flowers, there are 20 double volume completely furnished mini-apartments fitted with a kitchen with many accessories, large bathroom with shower, double or single beds, large sofa-bed for two, air-conditioning, central heating, two TV-sets, two telephone lines, internet modem connection, safe, hairdryer, fridge, freezer and microwave oven.
The reception is open for 24 hours a day and is always available for any kind of tourist information. The Residence is also equipped with a meeting room (75 seats) fitted with facilities for video-projections and audio installations, monitored by our event-organisation office.

BY CAR
From motorway A1, from any exit, follow the road signs for “Firenze Centro” (Florence Centre) and Stazione Ferroviaria (Train Station). From the Station turn right to Piazza Adua, proceed straight to via Cennini and, in the end, turn right to via Faenza. After a few metres, on the right, you find N° 71 – the Residence “La Contessina”.

Residence devvero in ottima posizione, vicinissimo a tutti monumenti e ai mezzi di trasporto. Inoltre è in una zona molto tranquilla, lontana dal caos. Appartamenti molto accoglienti, dotati di tutto, ideali sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici.
